Most frequent questions and answers

How long before we receive our video?

For the short highlight video, we aim to deliver it within 1 month after your wedding day. The full wedding video will be ready in 3-4 months, depending on the time of year. We try our best to deliver your video in a timely manner, but also not to compromise the quality by rushing the editing process. We will contact you once either of the video is ready for review and arrange a delivery.

How many people will be at the event?

This depends on your wedding. Usually, we will have 3 videographers present, to have everything run smoothly and capture all that is happening on the day. However, if you are planning a more intimate celebration, we will have 2 videographers present.

How much do you charge?

The price varies depending on your wedding and your expectations. Please contact us with your wedding plan and we will be happy to send you a quotation for your consideration.

How to proceed with our reservation?

Send us an email with the info about your wedding (i.e. date/times, locations, any special requests). We will get back to you with a personalised quotation within a few days. After that, we can arrange a meeting, before or after you made your booking, whichever suits you better. To book us, you pay a 25% deposit of the final price. The rest of the payment is due at the delivery of the full wedding video.

WHAT MUSIC DO YOU USE?

For the highlight video, we use songs with purchased license that you can share online. The full length video will have songs you had playing during your wedding day, and of course any other songs you want, just let us know!

can you do photography?

We specialise in filmmaking although our equipment can be confused by that of a photographer.

We will be happy however to give you suggestions of photographers we work with and workout a combined package.
